At Snugpak, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items. Ensure all original tags are attached and the garment is in its original packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your confirmation email.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label generated from our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking number handy until you receive your refund confirmation email.
